starving on our way home from Laughlin and wanted pizza. As always went to yelp and found this gem.
Amazing service from our waitress.
Had pizza, wings, pasta and garlic bread, delish.
Still enjoying my leftovers today.
Will definitely be stooping by on our future trips to Sin City or Laughlin. -

Discovered here on yelp. Excellent baked manicotti and eggplant parm. Fresh salad, delicious zucchini sticks appetizer.
Friendly staff.
Also, delicious cannolis. We'll be back. -

I was sick at home today, and when I saw their menu online I thought I had found my go-to Italian place. So, I ordered for delivery and the food arrived wrecked. The driver showed me at my door the inside of the bag, that all the food leaked out. Everything was a complete mess. Nothing was salvageable. I called the restaurant and asked if I brought the mess back to them myself, would they replace it. They said no. They also refused to issue a refund and said to call Grubhub. The manager didn't even speak to me on the phone.
So, I called Grubhub, and they didn't want to refund either. I told them I would contact my credit card company and they offered to refund a portion of the $32 worth of food. I thought the chicken wings and salad might be edible, but after chatting with Grubhub I realized there was no blue cheese dressing for the wings, and no salad dressing for the salad, so I couldn't eat anything that was delivered to me. I have no idea what happened to the food. So, my review is for the customer service, because not even offering to replace the dinners if I brought the mess back to them was not very cool. I was starving. I needed to go to In & Out after.
Un-f'n-acceptable. -

Best pizza in town, this place is by far my favorite restaurant to have pizza. Unlike most restaurants, Brooklyn's actually loads the pizza (any size) with lots of toppings and cheese, however that never stops me from adding extra. Their bathrooms are very clean as well as the restaurant. You never have to ask for a clean table because the staff (who are always nice) have them looking good. The downside would be that because their so popular on weekends you do have to wait a while for your food, but anything great is worth waiting for lol except when you're hungry. The prices are great too and overall I would always recommend Brooklyn's Pizza.

Where do I begin? I am sad that I have to write this review but I know I should. The last time we were here to pick up a to-go order, we waited about 50 mins on top of the wait time they had given us. Maybe a total of 1 hour and 20 mins.
I am currently sitting in the restaurant waiting on a Togo again, 35 mins after I called. I am told that the order was never put in and it will be an additional 30 mins. minimum.
An employee assures us it's her fault because she insists she had mistakenly forgotten to put the ticket in. Bless her sweet heart for trying to take the blame, but I'm almost certain this is not the case. I saw the cook touch our ticket hanging in the window when she went to ask initially.
There is about 45-50 kids/adults in here, maybe a softball or baseball team. The staff seems overwhelmed, especially the cooks in the back. Things happen, large crowds come in unexpectedly, but I can't help but feel upset that we were not given any type of notice and we are left extremely inconvenienced.
I'm picking up dinner for my children and father-in-law. I won't get into specifics but I really wanted and needed this to not have happened again today of all days.
In the past I didn't complain because Brooklyn's was fairly new and I understand how hard it is for small businesses but today I want to share my frustration.
The kind waitress did offer us a couple of fountain drinks while we wait, a kind gesture I appreciate but all I truly want is to get my food and feed my family.
*Update
We received our food 1 hour and 10mins after placing the initial order.
Antipasto salad- family said it was good
Spaghetti- the sauce was on the watery side
Fettuccine Alfredo- as good as I remembered it being
Lasagne- when I took the lid off of the container, the top layer of cheese went with it. They placed the container at the bottom of the bag and the other items smushed it down. They should put it on top or separate next time. It was my father-in-law's dish and I honestly felt uncomfortable serving it to him like that (wasn't visually appealing at all).
Side salad- crisp and the ranch was good
Garlic bread- hard
We were good sports through the whole ordeal, kept a pleasant attitude, and didn't blame the girls in the front of the house. The issue here is, management. The owner didn't once acknowledge the mix up let alone look up at us, it was overall just a negative experience. It will be some time before I give them another shot.
